Violaine Bester Hemery was born in 1982.

She had been studying photography and post-processing in one of the best French school "Gobelins, l'ecole de l'image" in Paris.

Freshly graduated, she worked as a laboratory technician for professional photographers specialized in architecture (Luc Boegly, Olivier Martin-Gambier, Michel Denancé...), in fashion and portraits (Valérie Archeno, Sébastien Mazière, Sabine Pigalle, Valérie Villieu...).

She dedicated herself to the preparation of images for important exhibitions (La Seine des photographes, Urbi et Orbi, 3ème Biennal de la photographie de Sedan,± dense by the CAUE92 (Arcitecture council)...)

All of this helped her to strengthen her perception of colours' harmony.

She moved to Hong Kong in 2006, then to Singapore in 2009 where she became freelance photographer and graphic designer.
